Craft Advisory’s Brewing Copper-Colored Vienna Lager is a malty symphony, with aromas of toasted bread and fresh toffee, accompanied by full notes of caramel, nuts and a crisp finish with a touch of malted sweetness. Mozart would be proud.
You might hear “lager” and have images of clear, yellow beer with a crisp character, this is the darker take on the style. The color tends toward a dark burgundy, with the Vienna malt bringing a malt-forward body.
If you like Yuengling, you’ll love this Ocean Springs Brew, “Ocean Springs-Ling."

Had Ocean Springs-Ling at Craft Advisory brewpub, Ocean Springs, on draft into pint tumbler.
Pours deep amber-red with 1/2-finger light-tan head, which dissipates to a persistent ring, and leaves little lace. Aroma is a little sweet fruit and continuing sweet malt. Begins with moderate carbonation, but very smooth body, then a little sweet fruit, and mild caramel malt, carrying into a crisp finish.
Excellent no-apologies Vienna lager.
