Our NEIPA (New England IPA), affectionately known as Hoppy McHop Face has all the hazy, juiciness you expect in a NEIPA. We add the hops later in the brewing process to emphasize the fruity flavor and aroma while toning down the hop bitterness. “Juicy” describes it best, like a bubbly glass of orange juice. The silky smooth, creamy mouthfeel will leave you wanting another.

Had Hoppy McHopFace at the Craft Advisory brewpub, Ocean Springs, on draft into pint tumbler.
Pours moderately hazy deep-gold with 1-finger creamy near-white head, with good retention, leaving overlapping rings of Belgian lace scattered down the glass. Huge juicy aroma with a bit of citrus rind off pour, with fruit continuing but turning more resinous as warms. Begins crisp, then some sharp citrus and resin, turning to mild fruit over a little biscuit malt, then a drying, slightly tart finish.
Kind of a miss on the NE style, as hazy but more of a resiny crossover IPA.
