Hoppiest McHop Face is our Triple Dry-Hopped Double IPA. We added as many hops as the law allows….just kidding….but we did add more hops than any other beer we have made. Hopped with Citra (strong yet smooth floral and citrus flavor and aroma), Mosaic (complex flavor profile with fruity, earthy, spicy notes), and El Dorado hops (firm but balanced bitterness with pear, watermelon, & pineapple flavors), you are sure to be satisfied.

Had Hoppiest McHopFace at the Craft Advisory brewpub, Ocean Springs, on draft into pint tumbler.
Pours deep amber-gold with clarity and 1-finger creamy off-white head, with good retention, leaving etched drapes of Belgian lace down the glass. Huge sweet, juicy fruit aroma off pour, including sweet stone fruits and melon, which continues but is slowly displaced by mild caramel malt aromas as warms. Begins smooth, malty and fruity, fruit matching the aromas, with hop bite growing over caramel malt, and fruit continuing, and all carrying into a balanced, malty, smooth, fruity, moderately bitter finish.
Call this an excellent modern American DIPA, where West Coast juiciness meets mid-American malt backbone.
