Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 10/20/21.
Appearance: pale straw hue with a tiny dash of haze an a thin layer of white foam atop. Looks nice enough for the style, though maybe a bit more foam and clarity would be nice.
Smell: very, very lightly malty aroma. Of course, that's part of the style; a lot of examples of this style I've had have been mass-market beers with a decidedly industrial character to them. This one, by contrast, is actually quite nice -- if mild.
Taste: very light malt with just a hint of fruity flavor, I'm guessing from the hops. Perhaps a little melon or citrus. It's light in character, but -- damn it if this beer isn't just plain good.
Mouthfeel: light body with a decent enough carbonation and creaminess for the style.
Overall: eminently drinkable, and very interesting. I really rather like this beer.
