Pours a foggy yellow with a straw or corn color. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is wafers, bread, and biscuit malts with grassy, herbally, and lemony hops. Flavor profile is wafers, bready, biscuity and earthy malts, alongside grassy, herbally, and lemony hops. Extremely smooth and drinkable throughout, while still allowing both the malts and hops to sing. Mouth feel is creamy with a medium thickness. More decadent than most lagers. Overall, a really sublime and comforting lager.
