Pours amber with low, wispy head.
Smell is tart with notes of grapes, white wine, lemon, lemon peel, funk and oak. Slight hint of vinegar.
Taste is sour with nice acidity. Notes of grapes, lemon, funk, oak, white wine and hints of peach and grape juice. Dry and quite complex.
Mouthfeel is medium and dry with sparkling carbonbation.
Overall, a terrific sour, rivals many of the Belgians.
