Straw yellow in colour with a distinct haze. White low foam, made up of small bubbles, short-lived.
Already the aroma seems sour, it is slightly malty, fruity.
Taste slightly sour, pleasantly refreshing, fruity with some salty notes in the background.
Medium saturation. Body low, lean. Texture very smooth. Aftertaste moderately sour, medium long.
