Has an unfiltered amber color with a solid, stable white head atop.
Got wet hay, bright flowers and banana peel on the nose together with a subtle oakiness and cream cheese.
Drinks quite refreshing due to its effervescent carbonation level, pairing perfectly with the beer‘s light body.
Tastes of rich wheat, light caramel and gentle oak, with quite a disruptive vinegar tartness, reminding me instantly of an early days american wild ale. The prominent sourness of the beer forbids pretty much any noteworthy flavor interaction or evolvement. Its finish is somehow softened by the oaken barrel treatment of the beer, but fails to save it though ultimately.
This is too abrasivly sour for me with no real balance to speak of unfortunately.
