An experimental IPA using oat milk in the whirlpool, is a tip of the cap to old-school “hazy” IPAs from the Northeast that are a little more bitter, dank and less hazy than the modern day iterations. Should make for a drinkable 6.8% ABV with dry hop additions of Mosaic, Strata and Lotus to the tune of 6 pounds per barrel.
