Poured from a growler a few days after purchase into a pint glass.
On the pour even though it hadnt been opened that night and beer had been poured the night before, the head formed very nicely and left some lacing and bubbles floating on the top after a few minutes. It's a dark brown to amber color and highly hazy. A very interesting look.
The smell has notes of citrus. I'm sot sure if it was or waskt brewed with oranges or a thing like that but it is definitely there, but subtle. Some light tastiness, but very malty.
The flavor follows the taste but with some very light bitterness. The citrus is in the flavor as well, but the wheat is the main show here. Easy drinker but very malty and a bit sweet. Quite pleasant and interesting.
The feel is smooth and creamy, perhaps a bit thick, but it is quite nice to drink this feels like it would be very nice in the summer time ice cold, but there are some imperfections.
Overall a bold beer with a lot of flavor but not the most traditional flavor. Not a lot of hops but they are there, definitely more german than american in flavor.
