12/24/24.
Moderately hazy yellow with 2-finger frothy white head with good retention and thick bands of lacing.
Aroma is excellent with peach, pineapple, white grapefruit, and lemongrass dominating, medium-high intensity. Esters are light and fruity.
Flavor reflects the aroma well with peach, pineapple, herbal lemongrass, strawberry, and tangerine. Bitterness is low with light fruity esters and alcohol hidden.
Feel is more chalky than most with medium body and soft slightly dry finish.
Little Willow Hiking Buddy is a fine intro to this brewery’s lineup.

Very dry. Goes down really easy. Not a ton of punchy flavors, and for a DDH NE IPA is tastes as advertised

Poured into a 16 oz Pilsner glass canned on 12/24/24. Pours a very attractive hazy yellow with a finger sticky white head that leaves thin lines of lace with excellent retention. 4.5
Aroma is peach, passionfruit, mango, pineapple, and apricot. 4.25
Taste follows peach, passionfruit, pineapple, mango, and apricot. 4.25
Mouthfeel is above average, soft gentle carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 7% it drinks slightly bigger in body and flavor, but still extremely easy going down. 4.5
Overall this is an excellent DDH NEIPA, not sure why they have this as an imperial IPA. Another winner from this brewery. 4.5

Pours a hazy light yellow with a small pillowy head and lots of lacing.
Smells of grassy piney hops with a bit of citrus.
Sips are mildly peppery bitter from start to finish with additional tastes of tangy citrus.
Medium light body with light carbonation. Pillowy, dry mouthfeel.
Nice hop forward NEIPA
