Pours very cloudy orange in color with a thin white head. Nose is mixed citrus as is the taste, however the taste has other flavors that come out I just can't put my finger on it. Nice bitterness on palate!

Willy Goat
Little Willow Brewing Company
IPA - Imperial / Double New England
Oooh..a very bright, citrus hop kick with soft melon rind, papaya, creamy fruit spritzer and lime. Dry earthy tones sort of glue it all together with the pillowy golden malted grain balance. Juicy is the hop flavor and vibe. Complex, yet friendly. Earthy and tangy pith fruits is very nice all around.

From the label: “Willy Goat is a Double-Dry-Hopped Double New England IPA hopped with Citra, Galaxy, and Rakau. Look for notes of citrus, stone fruit, and passion fruit.” Very nice.

Pours a milky light orange with a @F head and moderate lacing.
Smells of citrus and floral hops.
Tastes of lightly tart grapefruit, orange and lemon with a slightly bitter finish.
Medium light body and light carbonation. Oaty smooth dry mouthfeel.
This is a mild mannered, juicy, delicious brew!

Poured into a 16 Snulip glass canned on 6/22/23. Pours a very attractive hazy orange yellow with a two finger sticky white head that leaves thick gobs of lace, with amazing retention. 4.5
Aroma is peach, tangerine, pineapple, guava, and apricot. 4
Taste follows peach, pineapple, tangerine, guava, and apricot. 4
Mouthfeel is above average, soft gentle carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 8% very easy going down, but plenty of flavor. 4.25
Overall this is older than most I would review in this style, bust still a really nice NEDIPA I would recommend for sure. 4.25
