Color: light yellow-gold with a 2F head.
Aroma: a little funky, citrus.
Taste: mostly white wine and citrus. I didn’t get any gooseberry or tropical fruit notes.
Finish: very hoppy at higher temps (50+)
Overall: the taste and finish are best at 50°+
The finish is more like a West Coast IPA than a NEIPA. Very hoppy. I like this.
