Party Time is a double-dry-hopped NEIPA brewed in collaboration with Corks & Kegs for their 35th anniversary and 1608 Crafthouse for their 10-year anniversary. Hopped with Citra, Galaxy, and Mosaic Cryo, look for notes of citrus, mango, and passion fruit.

This is a 16oz can from cold storage. From the bottom of the can: "CANNED ON 4/2/25"
Appearance: It has a pale straw color that is nearly opaque, allowing only mild indescernable shadows to be visible through the glass. It has a large creamy textured and fluffy white head with excellent head retention. It leaves dense sheets of lacing with fine bubbles on the glass.
Aroma: There is a light bit of grapefruit aroma. It is very faint but the bit of aroma that exists is nice enough.
Taste: There is a light bit of cabbage, some waxy chocolate bar, and a bit of grapefruit pith. It has a bit of black peppercorn character.
Mouthfeel: It is medium bodied and pretty smooth. Some awkward pithy bitterness which doesn't quite fit in with the New England IPA Style.
Overall: As a whole it felt like a lot of the average attempts at the NEIPA style. The appearance had it nailed but the aroma was lacking, especially considering that the label on the can stated that it is "double-dry-hopped" which would normally give more hop character. It has some odd hop characters like a waxy chocolate and peppercorn that others might perceive differently, but even the citrus character that came through was more of a pithy bitter grapefruit peel character than actual fruit. It's not a beer I'd buy again or recommend.
