Pours a semi clear straw color with visible carbonation. A moderate sudsy headache retains well.
The nose opens clean with just a hint of cracker and bready malts. However, the nose soon opens up to yield aromas of lemon, grass, grape and floral spices.
Opens very dry with clean and crispy notes of cracker, bread and an assertive bitterness. Flavors unlock to reveal notes of lemongrass, citrus, white pepper, and earthy hops.
Light bodied and crisp. The finish is dry with some bitterness. Carbonation is lively.
Super easy to drink Kolsch. I would have again.

Tall can from the source in Bklyn, NY...something is stamped on the bottom, but it is of no use.

Pours light, with a moderate haze, bubbles continuing to rise under a 1/2 inch cap.

Fresh cut grass on the sniff.

Bright and crisp on the palate, more grass and earthiness coming forward. Easy drinking and quite enjoyable offering...would be great with spicy food and/or peppery salads..worth a try

A: The beer is relatively clear light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that has good retention properties and hardly died down.
S: Moderate aromas of floral/herbal hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hint of green grapes.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and somewhat dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This kölsch is a lot drier compared to other beers in the style but is easy to drink.
