A: The beer is somewhat hazy yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge, a short head covering the surfaces and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grainy and bready malts are present in the nose
T: The taste follows the smell and also has notes of grassy hops and a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This lager won't blow you away, but is easy to drink. It's not bad for something that is solely made from New York State ingredients.

Pours light, straw/golden, with a light haze, moderate, fine and wispy cap. Leaves a load of fine sheeting...nice looking beer.

Light, brightly flavorful and with more then just a little bit of crispness. Grassy, earthy, complex and quite enjoyable
