Poured a medium copper hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured a neutral pale malt and a slight herbal hop.
The taste consisted of a grainy pale malt and herbal hop.
The mouthfeel was extremely dry.
Overall an average ale. A bit too thin and dry for my taste.

Pours a hazy golden color, with a 2 finger white head. At 1st the nose was bursting with pine & citrus notes, but it didn't hold through the entire session. It pretty much tasted like a X-mas ale mixed with an IPA, however the flavors pretty much canceled each other out. The hops didn't really come through, and the spices were very faint. An average beer, nothing special. I prefer Chelsea Hoppy Holiday's instead for this hybrid style. I guess I would consider it an IPA
