Had on cask at Rattle N Hum in NYC a while ago.
A: Crimson highlights to black dark brown body. No head even with a vigorous shake. No lacing. Not good start.
S:A little raw and homebrew experimental smell. Raw caramel malt, some hop notes, hardly any whiskey but i strain and find some of it.
T: The whiskey infused side of this is the only interesting thing about the beer. A very pedestrian malt and flat hop start with a sweet oak whiskey note in the middle that lingers. A smoothed out vanilla tinged end. Average for a whiskey infused beer.
M: Very flat, medium body.
D: Not great. Avoid this.
