A: Pours a clear golden/yellow color. A one finger white head forms with a bit of retention and spotty lace left behind.
S: Pretty typical aroma, citrus and pine, maybe just a bit of melon. Not bad at all, but just basic..
T: Citrus and pine up front. That leads to more caramel malts and caramelized sugars. A light lingering bitterness.
M/O: A medium body and crisp carbonation. There is a bit of an oily slickness here, which makes it not as clean as I would like. OK to drink, not bad at all, but way better examples out there.
This seems to try to be just down the middle of the road. Its not going to offend anyone, but its not among the better IPA's made in the region. Its just perfectly...OK. I guess there is a place for that.

Nice west coast IPA. Clear, good head and lacing. Not overwhelming, just very good.

#176, need to let it warm up a bit to allow flavors to come out. Pretty good.

Pour is very lightly cloudy deep golden yellow. Chalk white head. Decent retention and lacing.
Nose is pine, citrus rind
Taste follows. Pine, citrus, grapefruit, hint of berries. Medium bitterness with a balancing doughy malt character. A bit of lemon
