A crisp IPA brewed with toasted malts provides a rich, malty flavor. Our signature holiday brew pays homage to the season with a medley of premium hops. The distinct Christmas tree character is achieved through spruce tips in the whirlpool and a pop from the dry hop process. Fig fruit, nutmeg and clove round out the seasonal aromas to complete the celebration.

Poured from can into tulip, good 2 finger off-white head, good retention and great lacing. Light amber in the glass, chill haze present. Smells of sweet malt, toffee, spruce, and some underlying dankness, makes me want to dig in. Taste is initially bright spruce in your face, sweet malt, toffee, and is rather full in the middle, then finishes again on the bright end of the spectrum. Residual spruce, and toffee like sweet malt on the palate. This is really a nice beer. I shied away from this as didn't know what to expect, but man this is really a nice drinking beer. Goal will be to trace down some more of it as it is really a good drinking beer when the night has a chill on it.
