Our juicy double IPA is crafted with premium Citra, Simcoe, and Nectaron hops. After adding a ridiculous amount of malt, we dry hop with even more Citra and a special Nectaron hop blend. Piney, citrusy, and bold. Enjoy!

This is a beer that will bring you back to your first beer. If I remember my first sip I remember this hard to swallow pill that you intentionally have to drink down; that is the hops. In this beer, get this, you drink the sip and 99% of the sip is enjoyed; unnoticed as an alcoholic beverage. The moment you realize your after taste here is the high quality hops that you end up letting just occupy your mouth for up to 10 seconds. Then you revisit the can; the crown jewel. Perfect.

Canned 10/29/24. Drank 11/14/24.
Pour is a clear light amber with a finger of off white foam. Some floaties which is kind of surprising for a pretty fresh beer. Good lacing and decent retention.
Nose is pungent hops; dank, resinous, toasted malt
Taste follows. Pungent, dank hop, citrus, subtle sweet orange. Would prefer more bitter hop presence; moderate caramel and toasted bready malt backbone balances things out.
Doesn't get too sweet. Medium+ mouthfeel. Easy to drink
Overall, not a bad beer. For my personal tastes, throw in more bitterness and it's really good. Regardless, a well made beer. Seems to sort of blend the lines between a more traditional imperial ipa re: the malt character, but with more modern hops instead of traditional "C" hops.
