A- Pours a light golden colour with yellowish background hues, and appears to be fairly aggressive in terms of carbonation. The head is super white, frothy and somewhat dense, and while it doesn't retain well, the original two fingers of foam settle rapidly into a patchy thin film with a solid ring around the inside of the glass. The lacing also leave a little to be desired, with only a thin watery layer covering the glass.....nothing to write home about.
S- Mild overall, and initial aromas of Dove soap to be honest. Beyond the obvious smells, I do detect aromas of dry grass, subtle sweet caramel and crystal malts, along with super mild hop bitterness on the finish.....really there isn't much to report in this category.
T- A light flavor overall, with subtle caramel malt sweetness, grassy dryness, unmalted graininess, and on the finish, there is a slight citrus fruit tartness, that morphs into a mildly lingering hop bitterness. Nothing superb here but it does taste like a decent light beer.
M/O- Light crisp mouthfeel, with a reasonably aggressive carbonation....this makes for a fairly drinkable brew. The alcohol is on the lighter side, and there is enough flavor to satisfy the palate. I don't know if I would seek this one out again, but I certainly wouldn't turn it down...not sure
