From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This brew pours a dark red tinged brown with
a nice head of khaki foam that settles to a fat ring, thin dusty layer, and displays
nice lacing. Nose of dark breaded malts, subtle herbal spice, caramel, nutty malts,
and strong grain bill. Flavors lightly surpass the nose with dark breaded malts, toast
crust, heavy grain notes, roasted nuts, and brown sugars. Mouth feel is medium
with light carbonation and a medium dry finish.
Of note, cherry notes appear with warmth.
Overall, nice
Cheers

16 ounce can, don't remember if I bought it or if Brutaltruth gave it to me. No dating on the can that I noticed. Served in a dimpled mug, the beer pours a somewhat clear dark reddish/brown color with a couple inch light tan head that stuck around for a while. Good amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like dark bread, caramel, wheat/grainy malt and some nuttiness. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's also the addition of a bit of dark fruitiness and a slight bitter earthiness in the finish. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this an enjoyable overall brew, worth trying if you get the chance. Pretty sure this is the first Buzzsaw brew I've tried so I'll make a point to try more!
