Appearance - the beer was golden yellow in color with visible carbonation and a generous white head.

Smell - Bitterness is the primary note in the nose.

Taste - Notes of bitter grass lead the way before a slight citrus profile. It was almost herbal in nature. There was a dry biscuit back bone to follow. It was pretty straightforward.

Mouthfeel - Carbonation quickly swept away any sweetness. It reinforced the dry finish.

Overall - This was a below average pilsner.

Pours out to a brilliantly clear dark golden, forming a large soapy white head with superior retention and lcing. Moderate carbonation. The nose is beautiful. Crackery malt and freshly mown hay with some spicy tett and a light sulfur note. The mouthfeel is super crisp and crushable, medium bodied with full and bone dry crisp finish. The taste is a recap of the nose...beautiful crackery pils malt with some nice grainy malt notes, fresh hay, and a noble spicy firm bitterness that hangs out for quite a while in the finish. No off flavors or aromas. Absolutely clean. Hop forward

This is a beautiful german pils. I'd like it better with 5-7 less IBU's, but damn, it's great. Highly recommended.

12oz can. Stamped date on bottom is '04/04/23' (canning date).
Moderate cloudiness; deep gold colored body. Two fingers of white head, and this results in a puffy cap and ring. Leaves behind extensive webs of lacing.
Aroma of barley malt and faint earthy hops.
Taste is toasted hops with honey, and earthy/floral hops, with a higher level of bitterness. Hoppy bitterness extends into the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Crisp and clean finish. Excellent carbonation.
Mouthful of a pilsner, and a lot of flavor. Enjoyable brew.

Partially cloudy, golden body; lively carbonation; thick, white head, frothy and sticky. Not much aroma; faded note of cereal grain; a faint touch of noble hops as the beer opens. Light malt flavor with a fine hop bitterness. Medium body; lightly coarse and dry on the palate; feels a bit watery.

A fair German-style pilsner with nice looks and a hop-forward flavor.

Pouring temperature: 40 °F; canning info: 03/24/23

I don't normally like pilsners much but this one is solid. Pours a golden amber with some nice cracker and honey notes. Really enjoyable beer if you're looking for a break from IPAs.

Poured yellow amber, truly transparent and the tall head was white as paper.
The aroma lost on my nose. Stupid Covid.
The taste is potent Noble hops with all that comes with them. Grassy and herbal. The malts play second fiddle with very slight biscuit flavors.
The feel is carbonated thin, not thick, not watery. Quite good.
