Had on tap. Murky yet shimmering dark brown body, no head save a tiny tan ring. Nose is potently full of dark fruits, especially fig, raisin and plum, candi sugar, dark malts, and a hint of belgian spices. Taste is the same except there is a yeasty finish that is soft yet firm. Very smooth, stupidly so even, warm and malt forward but has yeast and booze right behind.

On tap.
A - Dark raison colored pour with little to no lacing/head/retention.
S - Dark fruit and sweet bready malt.
T - Raisins, figs, some spice, and Belgian dark candy sugar with alcohol.
M - Big body that's watery thin around the edges.
O - This was served way too cold for the style (IMHO). Desperately trying to warm the beer up with both my hands but don't have the time.

Brewed in the fashion of Belgian abbey ale, the darker, stronger ale of the monks makes its way into the WarPigs brewery with their fruity, spicy, vinous character, and with a reckless amount of booze for extra measure.
Rusty mauve and with a tarnish lavender color, All Shall Fade releases a dainty and frothy creme and a fully aromatic scent of caramel, brown sugar, dark fruit, pitted fruit, stone fruit and accompanying nearly holiday spice. With a tingle of brandy-like booze, the first sip reveals a sweeter upstart of brown sugar, steely caramel, hard candy and a hint of port wine.
With the heavy malts saturating the tastebuds with candied malts, the middle palate shares a full spectrum of blackberry, plum, date, fig, raisin, black cherry and currant with suggestive banana and apple. A balance of spice brings hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, coriander, red wine and a woodsy oaken bitterness on the late palate. A rummy warmth concludes the session in a satisfying, complex and plump session to close.
Sweeter, heavier and more plump than the abbey varieties, WarPigs version drinks a little more like a stronger, older British ale, just shy of barleywine status. A drier palate and a bubblier mouthfeel would elevate the spices and lighten the beer for a greater sense of palatability.
