This Munich-style Helles boasts supreme balance, with herbal notes of lemongrass offset by warm toasty biscuit flavors. A lager perfect for enjoying while just sitting back and watching the stars but remember . . . Destiny is a double edged sword.

Foggy amber-orange with a short off-white head.
It's absolutely wild how this gives very distinct macro vibes (is it Coors Banquet?) as sharp green onion meets a bready exhale.

12oz can. Bottom stamp reads '09/22/23'.
Mostly clear, pale gold colored body. One thin finger of white head which reduces to islands and a ring. Leaves behind lacing spots.
Aroma of lemongrass and biscuit.
Taste is biscuit/bready malts and herbal/floral hops. Slight sweet lemon note.
Medium mouth feel. Clean finish. Good carbonation.
Easy to drink thirst quencher.

Pours a clear golden straw yellow with a thick white head that leaves generous lacing as it slowly falls away. Aroma is European noble hops, grass, biscuit and yeast. Flavor follows the nose. Feel is light and well carbonated. Overall, a fine beer.

Part of mixpack #6. Munich Style Hells, 5.2% per the website. No specs per the can or website.
Pours out to a very subtly hazy light golden forming a soapy white head with beautiful retention and lacing. Carbonation is moderate, ~2.5 carbs or so. Nose of fresh mown hay, white table cracker, delicate grassy hops and light sulfur. Really nice, clean. Mouthfeel is great, medium bodied, bright, super clean with a super clean finish that makes you want to drink more and more and more. Taste is a recap of the nose balanced by a expertly balanced nice spicy hoppiness. No off flavors or aromas. I suspect a little acidulated malt which makes this beer really pop.
Whoa. One of the best Helles I've had from a US brewer period, up there with the very best German Helles. Exceptional. World class. Highly recommended.
