Copenhagen 14/5 2026. 44 cl can from Øltanken web-shop. Off-white can wit a boar head and a boar skull.
Pours clear yellow with a mi-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 1 cm thick lyer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a sourish scent. Sweet pale malts and bread. A whiff of citrus. Sour grains.
Strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft yet lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Crisp and well-balanced.
