Served in small taster as part of a flight
Looked like gritty chocolate milk. The mouth feel matched. Completely opaque. Wife, who worked on yeast, said it did t look like it had floculated
Odd bitter taste, not like beer.
Not a very good beer. Doubt this was due to being gluten-free
