Our Helles Lager is inspired by the malt forward beers of Munich. This well-balanced beer offers the subtle aroma of the Hallertau hops of Bavaria with a touch of sweetness from Munich’s finest malt. Six weeks of cold conditioning gives this beer its bright, clean drinkability. The result is a refreshing golden lager for a sunny afternoon Bier Garten.

Had on tap. Crystal clear golden body with a hint of murky on the edges, full white head and trace lacing. Smell and taste are clones: crisp and cool honey malts set up a wonderful interaction of fresh out of the over white bread loaf, biscuit, and grassy hops. Feel is clean, crisp, medium weight yet full bodied and bready with a kiss of hops to round out the smooth malt anchor. Best american helles I have had in a long time, reminiscent of dovetail. The wife loved it

Canned 9/16/22; drank 10/30/22 @ the Yarchives.
See-through orange/yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice, noisy white head; decent lace.
Corn, mineral water & faint pine notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Corn, mild caramel & faint pine flavors.
An easy sipper with some flavor.
