Poured from 330mL can into a tall kitchen glass. Best by 3/15/23.
Appearance: murky dark-yellow hue with a thin layer of ivory foam atop.
Smell: tropically fruity, and really quite juicy. This is brewed with BRU-1, sabro, and strata, according to the label. The strata I'd certainly believe -- this is one good-smelling beer.
Taste: equal parts juicy, umami, and tropical, with a certain smooth sweetness lent to it by the oats and wheat in the malt. Really good.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this is a solid hazy IPA. It's a little bit different, but it is hitting all the marks.
