Pours unclear, golden yellow with a small, bubbly white head. Settles as thin patch of dwindling foam unable to cover much of anything. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a fairly strong sweet, lemonade-ish odor of oranges and white sugar. A light fermented sweetness underneath. Light tart citric notes.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, slightly oily, tingling, texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a light sourness. Aftertaste is sweet. Lingers for a while. Sweet - almost sugary - finish.
A Weissbeer that is quite much on the sweet side but quite fresh despite this.
