Yellow gold color. Light but long lived head. Smell of banana bread. Nice clean taste. A bit of hops and banana. Almost Belgian flavors. Pleasant, light, consistent effervescence.

Picked up a 0.5l bottle at Craft Beer Cellar in Waterbury while vacationing there at the end of July. Best before 22NOV23 , price not noted...
Poured into a Willi Becher, it's a hazy, muted, medium-straw color. Has a fluffy, puffy 1/2" layer of off-white foam, with sparse carbo within. Aroma has a healthy heap of banana and clove, wafting forth nicely. Body is medium, and it's fairly low on the prickle scale for a Weissbier.
Flavor has light sweetness, with more clove and banana. It's wheaty, crisp and dry, with a pleasant finish. Prost!!
