Tinkoff's winter seasonal, the "Zimniy Bock" comes out a cloudy caramel color with a very thin off-white head no thicker than a couple pieces of paper. What's there sticks around, though, and leaves a bit of lace.. The nose is full of sweet caramel, nice and enticing. The mouth is heavy and sweet with only mild carbonation. The opening is all caramel malt, with a touch of syrupy sweetness. There is very little hops here, as the finish is quite sweet. A touch of bitter comes through in the aftertaste, but it is well contained by sweet. A perfectly drinkable brew.
