Decided to stop by this place while in Aurora for work. Medium/large sized tap room with a long bar and quite a few high top tables. A bit sparsely decorated compared to most area tap rooms.
I visited on a Monday night and the place was pretty dead, which combined with the lack of atmosphere made me a little apprehensive. I decided to have a seat at the bar and at least try one beer since I was already there. I asked the bartender what I should try if I was only going to have one beer and she recommended the Apricot Blonde. I am not a huge fan of fruit beers, but figured I would give it a shot. I was not disappointed, it was a very clean blonde ale with a big punch of Apricot. The first beer was so good I decided to stick around and try a couple more; I had the Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Stout and the Vanilla Latte Porter. All the beers were very good!
The bartender was friendly and attentive. Overall I enjoyed my stop at the North Dock tasting room. Next time I'm in town I will have to stop by their other location.
