I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured a clear golden with very little head that did not leave any lace. The scent had common Belgian malt notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with Belgian malt base with grain and subtle Belgian sugar presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

750 ML bottle
Served in a pokal glass
This beer pours pale yellow with a slight haze. It is topped with a mountain of fluffy, white head that leaves spotty lacing.
Just not a whole lot going on in the aroma department. Faint spiced pear with some Belgian yeast flair.
Some spice from the Belgian yeast. Muted flavors of earthy spice and pear. The flavor builds a little as it warms.
Thin bodied with a watery mouthfeel
It gets better as it warms. Pretty thin overall though.
