The Goat Brewing Company

Suburban strip mall location, but a decent sized room. Shared parking lot out front. Outside patio is to one side of the front entrance. Brewing equipment sits behind the split bar. Other inside seating at high and low tables, all with chairs, no stools. Higher open and black colored ceiling, brick walls, and a concrete floor. Windows only at the front. Twenty or so taps, which includes seltzers, but the beer selection covers many styles. Bar service for mixed drinks and cocktails. TVs at each corner show sports. Food and snacks available. Friendly and informative staff. Covers all the bases for a stop in Lee's Summit.

Cozy, wood-toned brewery stuck at the end of a generic strip mall in suburbia. Front patio has a nice arrangement of seating, some covered by the awning of the building and others covered by sun umbrellas. Interior is a collection of high top tables for four and two bar sections. Brewing equipment is just behind the bar.

Quality seems fair enough. Cleanliness may be a bit of a concern, as I was served a sandwich with mold in the bread. No discernable issues with the beer, but the lack of food safety leads me to be a bit concerned.

Service was fine. Rather unenthused in general.

Selection is nice for those seeking a little more variety. They even have a macro lager equivalent for those feeling unadventurous.
