Brilliant gold haze. Nose is pure grapefruit rind & juice. Taste is equivalent to being punched by the grapefruit. Ridiculously saturated flavors w/ a lot of burn. Mouthfeel is creamy despite lackluster carb. Tongue shriveling bitterness. Needs time.

16oz can from Half Time. Hazy yellow straw body, small frothy head. Hoppy, dank aroma, oranges, overripe melon. Taste is orange juice, dank, grapefruit peel. Taste fades, but bitterness lingers

Pours a beautiful cloudy straw color. Lots of stone fruit and POG juice, with a pillowy finish. This was delightful. I wish I could remember where I picked this up, or in what context—but that’s not something I put in my notes. I’d gladly seek it out again!

A: The beer is very hazy whitish pale yellow in color and poured with just a minuscule collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of gooseberry are present in the nose along with notes of lime and herbal hops.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the flavors are much stronger and those of the herbal hops are stronger and particularly stand out towards the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a low to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has the magnitude of hop flavors you would expect from a Quadruple IPA with the drinkability of a Double IPA.
Serving type: can
