This is an interesting one. Being local, it was extremely fresh. And a very surprising flavor profile. I enjoyed it. A touch of citrus in the nose, but unusually mild. Definitely not a "fruit" beer. Very much like a witbier, but with a malty backbone and refreshing carbonation. Poured hazy straw from the can to the glass with a soft head. Nice touch of spiced bitterness at the end to round it all out. Worth seeking out. The woman at the store told me the brewer comes in regularly to check on stock and to make sure things are going well. That was impressive. Well done, Black Viking!
