A beer made in the svetlý výčnepní pivo style. Single decocted lager with a light hop flavor and touch of malt sweetness. The most commonly consumed style in the Czech Republic. Malty, refreshing, smooth.

On Lukr tap at Cohesion Brewing in Denver, CO.
This one pours a brilliantly clear straw yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing, into a nice dimpled mug.
This smells nicely crackery and lightly spicy, with lemon peel.
This is definitely pretty light, but still pretty flavorful for how low in alcohol it is. It’s a little bit citrusy, a little bit spicy, and with a wonderfully crackery maltiness to it.
This is very light bodied, and super crisp, and just crazy drinkable.
This was the least good of the three main beers I had from Cohesion, but it was still really awesome.

man these guys are making some delicious and highly authentic lagers! is this what the imports are supposed to taste like, they just dont because they are handled poorly and old whenever we get them? i was seriously blown away in here, what a great new brewery with a really cool buisiness model. slightly more orange than the 8, a milkshake thick creamy white layer of head on top, not all the way clear but it doesnt need to be, neat that this is also so low alcohol, these beers are absolutely build for high volume consumption. the rust color is a hint at its nutty malt base, still not sweet to me, but more toasted, baked, autumnal without being amber or vienna type, definite biscuit and honey, light on the hops too, maybe the least hoppy of the four we had in here. the flavor is sufficiently malt forward but still dry and balanced, the hops are only on the swallow. this is also low alcohol but a little fuller in body, creamy feeling with this draft pour and all the head, but a tad weighty in the belly, like a good substitue for breakfast, no a bad role for a beer to play! i like how mild it is, the slight floral notes with the flavorful european malts, this is beer for any beer drinker, and the quality is through the roof. so stoked this place exists, cant wait to go back!

This one was pretty decent, but lacked some of the honey flavor that the description claimed. If it was there, it was very faint. It's still a nice beer, but I thought they could tweak the recipe a bit to let that flavor really come out as the beer warms up and sits. I tried a flight of all 6 beers on tap, and this one was my least favorite, though still perfectly drinkable and worth trying. Someone has to finish last... but that's not a negative on this beer, it's a positive for everything this brewery makes.

Had on lukr tap. Cloudy pale yellow body with two fingers of white foam and thick lacing. Aromas of yeast and pale malts meet big lemon peel and grassy hops in the nose. Taste has the malts carry a kiss of sweetness, yeasty white bread and grassy hops run the taste though. Somehow this feels incredible clean with yeast and malt working in perfect tandem.
