Double decocted osmička with Sládek and Saaz hops added to the brew. Late Sládek additions contribute light lemon and passionfruit notes to a full, balanced malt backbone. Citrus, cracker, herbal.

Pours yellow with a light fogginess to the transparency. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is crackers, biscuits, wafers, and mild grass. Flavor profile delivers crackers, biscuits, wafers, and mild grassy hops. It's light and delicate, forming a crispy structure that melts away shortly after a sip. Mouth feel is thin with a crisp texture. Overall, mild and light, with malts at the central focal point. A lot packed into this low ABV beer.

this is of exceptional quality, all the beer in here was, and i was blown away how authentic this is, how flavorful and texturally rich it is for being this low in alcohol, a perfect beer for a first one on a hangover, one that refreshes when its ice cold and gets increasigly complex as it warms, seemingly incorporating a number of elements from different styles into something very cohesive. obviously it has czech pils roots, the malt is like that, the water chemistry, and the lager yeast, but it has the depth and sort of grain heft of a pale bock type, the hop intensity of something more western, even like a new school italian pils type, but the varietals seem subtly uncommon, citrusy but without grass or spice, less noble, more herbal and fruity, it really is quite nuanced, crushable as it is. i love the pours in here, a carefully pulled amount of head that flatters each sip until the mug is gone. the near clarity and glow make it beautiful, the high carbonation makes it refreshing, but it has good structure too, no compromise at all here. i like the higher hop load and the uniqueness of the hops too, but its still old world lager above all else, brilliantly refined and served fresh from the lagering tanks it looks like, they all are in here i think. surprised to see another lager focused brewery spring up in denver, such an embarrassment of riches here, but they are clearly killing it. i adored all four beers i had in here, and expect these guys to start garnering attention from far and wide, this place absolutely rules! this beer takes me on a trip to europe.

This is their most basic European pale lager, but it's got much more flavor than the canned generic stuff you can buy that claims to be in this style. You can drink this all day with such a light alcohol content. I did get a touch of citrus but nothing like what's popular nowadays - this is an old-school recipe.

Had on lukr tap. Two fingers of white foam with thick bands of lacing, atop a cloudy golden body. Lemon, bready yeast, cracker, and grass in the nose. Taste has an addition of the innards of fresh white bread and a kiss of minerals and herbal hops. Feel is pale and light with a malt emphasis, though a full yeast presence does emerge through the sip. Crushable but has character!
