these guys are positively killing it, love the draft system and all the lagers we had in here. this one might be the most classic, the most clear, and just as easy down as the rest of them, really bright and lively, yellow colored and glowing, frothy tall white headed, and crisp and clean, they have an awesome lager strain in here and they sure know how to use it! a slightly foral hop note in aroma and flavor, considerable bitterness too, but also very fresh and well proportioned, as much from the grain and the yeast as from the hops to my nose and palate, crackery and earthy pils malt, definitely with a european vibe to it, perhaps decoction mashed too, it has that sort of full spectrum extraction intensity and purity, but its also nice and dry. the yeast brings a light dough element, old worldy and super refined, minerals in the water, a straw and hay thing too, and then a real snappy fast finish, its so bold but then so easy at the same time, the quality here is amazing, and i love how distinct all their beers are, even though they are obviously brewing within a somewhat narrow style space. i cannot suggest this place and their beers adamantly enough, i expect them to be on the map soon. loved this one!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
