A: The beer is slightly hazy light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that left a patch of bubbles on the surface, a narrow collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of white grape and lemongrass are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the grape flavors are a touch stronger. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This lager is very easy to drink and does a very good job at showcasing the Hallertau Blanc hops.
