16oz can served in a willibecker. Pours a lovely translucent copper hue with a fizzy, quarter inch, cream-colored head. Nose expresses light fruity esters and a kiss of floral and bready notes towards the back. Taste follows nose without coming off overly sweet as some Maibocks do. Mouthfeel is light in body with a well-balanced carbonation. One of the best examples of the style I’ve had in some time. A pleasant surprise to find in the wild.
