Draft at the brewery
Light fizzy head, mostly clear pale color
Nose light straw cereal grain, biscuity, grainy malt with a hint of toast, light herbal hop
Taste grainy cereal straw pilsner malt, bready a bit doughy, light to med herbal floral hop bitterness, dry med to higher spicy hop bitterness
Mouth is med to a touch lighter bod, med frothy carb
Overall a decent German pils, not sure I'd call it festbier, no decoction malt complexity
