Poured into a standard pint glass: color is amber, transparent, head is light tan, head presents one finger thick, then dissipates to thin top, some spotting on the glass sides.
Smell is light caramel malt, some toast, light earth and hint of pine hops.
Taste is caramel, toast, light biscuit, earth, light pine.
Mouthfeel is lower carbonation (growler pour), moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness and mineral quality.
Overall a very solid red ale with a full flavor and presence.
