Fair creamy head with moderate retention, slight hazy pale color
Big creamy doughy wheat, some citrus, fair banana ester, faint phenol clove spices
Taste very doughy creamy wheat, cake batter, vanilla spice, honey cake, hint of choice coriander spices, mild citrus, fair banana esters, bone dry finish, touch of bitterness
