PIcked up a few cans from the brewery: poured into a narrow pint glass, color is gold, transparent, head is off white/light tan, head presents 1/4 inch thick and dissipates to solid top with spotty lacing on glass sides.
Smell is light sweet malt, some toast and bread and dough, light crisp earthy hops.
Taste is a little sweet with grainy malt, notes of toast/bread/dough, sweeter than aroma, hops are neutral/grassy with light earth notes.
Mouthfeel is lower carbonation than expected, moderate sweetness, low bitterness for style.
Overall a nice light/helles bock style - a little sweet and under carbed, maybe light on the bitterness.

Draft at the brewery
Light fizzy head, fair retention and lacing, amber to slight burnt orange color
Nose cereal grain grainy sweet malt, little dough, no decoction malt depth
Taste little sweet malt, toasted notes, straw, again no decoction, single noted, light herbal hop, getting a bit spicy on the finish
Mouth is med bod, lighter carb
