Draft at the brewery
Small fizzy head, low retention and lacing, dark mahogany color
Nose semi sweet caramel, toasted biscuit, hint roasty, quite fruity with malt derived esters like fig date, toasted chips
Taste quite fruity like more than it should, malt derived with fig date prune, but also some berry jam, boisenberry syrup, almost hinting at infection, herbal spicy hops, semi dry finish spicy hop lingering,
Mouth is med bod, med frothy carb
