This is a beer we call a New Zealand Pilsner. This beer was brewed with 100% lager malt from Simpsons and 100% Riwaka hops from New Zealand. We fermented it as cold as our yeast could handle in order to retain as much hop aroma and flavor as possible. It clocks in at 5.9% ABV.
We left it at 0C for several weeks to lager properly.
Super fruity but very dry and with a big hit of bitterness, this is the perfect pilsner for us.
The artwork is an interpretation of the picture that the Cassini space probe took through the rings of Saturn. The blue dot is Earth.

Copenhagen 28/5 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Illunms, Kbh. K. Purple can with a bot of cosmic light and Many World's logo in white.
Comes gunning out of the can upon opening. Pours opaque hazy yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with citrus and freshly mown grass. Sweet pale malts, lemon and sourish grains.
Low carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
A tad sweet for a Pilsener.
