Collab with Holy Fridge!
This beer is our first collab as a brewery. Holy Fridge is a bottle shop in Copenhagen and Odense and they have carried our beer since day 1. To celebrate this, we brewed a big hazy double IPA base using wheat and flaked oats along with a big kettle addition of Mosaic. Then for the dry-hop we exclusivly added HBC 586, an experimental US hop. We think that hop is just dripping with peach aroma and flavor and indeed this beer tastes and smells like peach ice tea in all the best ways!
We are super proud of this beer and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Copenhagen 20/3 2022. 44 cl can from Dammbergs Ølmagasin. Very colorful can with the Futurist getting blinded by a very explosive future.
Pours opaque murky, golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor with a fruity, fermented touch mingling with more subdued citric notes. Caramel and toffee. Sweet peach and passion fruit. Subdued citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is semi/dry.
A fine, smooth not too boozy DIPA.
